New College Village together with New College provides conference facilities throughout the year. We also offer accommodation at the University of New South Wales during university vacation periods. Whatever your budget, we will do our best to accommodate your group. Whether you want to hold an academic convention, a conference or small meeting, let us help you to make your event a success.

To assist with making the most of your conference, we are able to provide equipment such as:

Whatever the occasion we are able to offer a catering solution at New College to meet your needs and accommodate your budget. These include:

Facilities

Our conference facilities are available throughout the year. Our two venues include conference rooms and outdoor areas to suit your needs.

2 Main Common Rooms (MCR)
NCV MCR
NCV is able to offer an air-conditioned Main Common Room with a private courtyard that seats 120 people theatre style or 160 for cocktail service.

New College MCR
New College offers a Main Common Room seating up to 200 people theatre style or 250 standing for cocktail service.

4 Meeting rooms
New College has 4 rooms seating up to 30 people boardroom style. A number of configurations are available, depending on your needs.

Outdoor Areas
NCV has a roof top terrace area available for functions, as well as a private courtyard linked to the Main Common Room.
