New College Village (NCV)
We are able to accommodate our guests in two types of single rooms. Each room has an ensuite and air-conditioning.
- Studio Rooms are self-contained with a kitchenette including fridge, microwave and hotplate.
- A room in a 5-6 bedroom apartment with a shared kitchen.
All rooms are supplied with:
- a single bed (with linen including towel)
- desk
- chair
- lamp
- wardrobe
- phone and
- internet access
Other Facilities
Common rooms on each level are fully furnished with one common room on every level containing a Plasma TV. There is a common laundry facility available in the basement of the building. New College Village also has a Games Room, Reading Room and Business Centre as well as outdoor recreational areas.
New College (NC)
New College can accommodate people in single rooms (some have ensuite) for casual accommodation.
The single rooms are organised in groups of nine around a lounge area and kitchenette with fridge and sink. Each group shares a single sex bathroom, which has two showers and two toilets.There are 11 double rooms available at various times throughout the year, with the typical configuration being a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom. The sitting room has a phone for receiving calls and a kitchenette with a fridge and tea/ coffee making facilities. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, desk lamp and chair.

Special Accommodation Packages
Group bookings of ten or more people, or guests affiliated with UNSW are entitled to a discount of 10%. Special rates are also offered for students requiring accommodation for scholarship interviews prior to admission at UNSW.
