To begin the online application process you need to read the following information BEFORE registering through the NCV Online Application Portal.
- To ensure your NCV application is processed and accepted you must make payment of a non-refundable Application Fee of $AUD25.00. (If you are also applying to NC then you must pay another $25 Application fee)
- Provide documentation recording your academic history (e.g. academic transcript).
- You will be required to load an electronic photo of yourself (we recommend a .jpg of about 100Kb - NOT a Thumbnail).
- Provide a personal reference
- Room Types and configurations: Due to demand, New College Village will not guarantee that all room types or layouts will be available. There are studio rooms (1 bed with ensuite and kitchenette), or rooms (with ensuites) in a 5 or 6 bedroom shared apartment.
- Your New College Village application registration will be confirmed with the following message being generated and displayed: “1. Registration Confirmed. In the future, you can use the following details to login. User Name: #####, Password: ######. To start a housing application please click here.” You will then be directed to the Welcome to New College Housing Application Portal where you can continue with your application or Log off to return later. You will be sent a Registration Confirmed e-mail which will include your User number and PIN.
- Upon receipt of your New College Village application, Application Fee and documentation, New College will contact you to arrange an interview.
