Residents are accommodated at the NCV in single rooms. There are both Studio rooms or rooms in a 5-6 bedroom apartment. Every room is furnished and has an ensuite and air-conditioning.
There are 172 studio apartments and the rest of the rooms are in 5-6 bedroom apartments.
Studio Apartment (includes ensuite and kitchenette)
This room contains an ensuite, air-conditioning and a personal kitchenette with a hot plate and microwave. There is also a small fridge.
Furnishings in all studios include:

- Phone
- Shelves

The minimum area for a studio apartment is 15 sqm.
Apartment Room (includes own ensuite)
This room contains an ensuite and air-conditioning. A shared kitchen is available with fridge, oven, microwave and plenty of cupboard space.

- Chair
- Lamp
- Phone
- Shelves

The minimum area for an apartment room is 13 sqm.
Catering
NCV has facilities for self-catering as well as two limited catered options.
The catered options will have meals provided at our other building – New College across the road at 330 Anzac Parade.
- Option 1: 3 meals a day, 5 days a week.
Cost: $75
This option provides breakfast, lunch and dinner on Monday through to Friday each week. - Option 2: Dinner only, 5 days a week.
Cost: $40
This option provides residents with dinner only from Monday to Friday each week.
